Il faut que je parte tôt ce matin. Jeanne, ma sœur, voudrait que je sois chez elle pour déjeuner. Avant de partir, il faut donc que je me prépare et que je fasse le ménage. Il faut aussi que je lui achète un cadeau et que je lui dise à quelle heure exactement je pense arriver. Elle habite dans un endroit un peu perdu, très difficile à trouver. Et elle m’a fait un plan très détaillé pour que je ne me perde pas cette année. J’attends ces vacances avec impatience. Je voudrais que tout se passe bien. Ma sœur aimerait que je reste pendant plusieurs jours. Elle voudrait qu’on fasse un peu de tourisme. Pendant les vacances, il faut aussi que je lise et puis il faut que je prenne le temps d’écrire à mes amis. Il faut que je leur écrive que j’ai changé d’adresse. Les vacances, c’est toujours le moment où je lis et j’écris beaucoup. Pas vous ?

As far as exercises are concerned, you will answer the "A Vous" questions after watching the subjunctive tutorial #2. I will also send you a document through Remind101 in which you will need to identify the use of both subjunctive and demonstrative pronouns. You can now start with the PowerPoints, vhl tutorial video, and then complete the assignment. All assignments will be due on Friday. It was wonderful and a pleasure to communicate with and see some of my students today. Students have a cultural assignment based on the unit of "The environment." It consists of a reading and answering a few questions. We were able to do some work on both demonstrative pronouns and subjunctive. Although I am not assigning any work on both demonstrative pronouns and subjunctive since they have already completed some; however, I would like them to refer to the Grammar presentation for demonstrative pronouns from last week and Grammar presentation for subjunctive from this week and practice these exercises on their own.I will meet with them again on Friday so as to be able to answer any questions that they may have about these two grammar lessons or on the reading. I will send the zoom link on Thursday.

To introduce the new unit "The environment," students are assigned on www.vhlcentral.com the new vocabulary to learn both through pronunciation and flashcards. To continue to familiarize themselves with the vocabulary, students will read " L'écologie" and answer some comprehension questions. These assignments are due on Tuesday, March 17.
